Many people feel like they have strayed from their own path and are looking for a way out. However, the thought of change often causes uncertainty.
This is completely normal. Unfortunately, there is no way to simplify this process. Not even for me. At a certain point, you are required to take the step towards change.

Important note: Limits of online psychological counseling.
Despite the fact that I am a psychological psychotherapist, it is not possible under German law to carry out purely online therapy. Offline contact with appropriate diagnostics must have taken place beforehand.
In addition to the legal aspect, in the case of acute crises and various mental disorders it actually makes much more sense to treat them offline and in a nearby psychotherapeutic treatment facility. Personal contact is essential here.
