How I work:
My counseling doesn't follow a fixed plan and is always tailored to you and your individual situation. However, there is a framework that includes identifying limiting core beliefs, identifying specific stress factors, strengthening your own intuition, and supporting you in your change journey:

1. Consciousness
I listen to you, ask questions, and gradually understand your concerns. In this process, you, too, will gain new insights and better understand your previous actions.
2. Understanding
You'll gradually understand which thought and behavior patterns are holding you back. Together, we'll identify what you can work on to achieve positive change. I'll then work with you to develop concrete, individually tailored, practical steps on how and where to begin.
3. Change
I will support you in implementing the steps discussed previously. We will review situations and emerging obstacles, and I will adapt the approaches taken so far based on your feedback.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
More clarity
You'll gain more clarity about your personal limiting core beliefs (e.g., "I'm a failure"), which often subconsciously influence your perception of the world and your behavior. You'll also become more aware of your needs and desires.
More understanding
Through the clarity you gain, you develop a greater understanding of yourself - "What drives you? Why do you act the way you do? What beliefs are holding you back from making changes?"
More self-confidence
Through clarity and understanding of yourself - and the resulting change in how you deal with obstacles and difficult situations - you will develop greater self-confidence and self-esteem.

Important note: Limits of online psychological counseling.
Limits of online psychological counseling
Despite being a psychological psychotherapist, German law prohibits purely online therapy. Prior offline contact and appropriate diagnostic testing are required.
Aside from the legal aspects, it actually makes much more sense to treat acute crises and various mental disorders offline and in a nearby psychotherapy setting. Personal contact is essential here.
In such cases, please contact a practicing psychotherapist and schedule a psychotherapy consultation. You can make such an appointment through the appointment booking office of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (Tel. No. 116117).
